Mr. Littiwalla is a fast-growing quick-service restaurant brand focused on delivering delicious, affordable meals with exceptional speed and hospitality. We are expanding our operations and seeking an experienced Operational Manager to run daily store operations and lead our team.

POST: Fast Food Operational Manager

Key Responsibilities

• 🔹 Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet(s) and ensure excellent customer experience.
• 🔹 Manage, train, schedule and mentor kitchen & front-of-house staff.
• 🔹 Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
• 🔹 Monitor inventory, control costs and place purchase orders with suppliers.
• 🔹 Implement SOPs for timely service, order accuracy and waste reduction.
• 🔹 Handle escalations, customer feedback and ensure repeat business.
• 🔹 Prepare reports on sales, labor, food cost and other KPIs for upper management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 🔹 Minimum 2–3 years experience in fast-food/quick service operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• 🔹 Strong people-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• 🔹 Familiarity with inventory management, POS systems and basic accounting for restaurants.
• 🔹 Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI or equivalent) and kitchen operations.
• 🔹 Good communication skills in English and local language; ability to train staff effectively.
• 🔹 Willingness to work in shifts including evenings & weekends.
